Under the online system, enter your User ID and Password. You can also choose to login by SingPass option below
On the left menu tab, choose “Application” and click “Create” to generate a new WTU application
It will prompt for a New Training Assistance Application. Ensure the Current Company and Current Role fields are correct before proceeding to click “Here” button to the next page.
Accept BCA’s terms and conditions by ticking the box below and Click “Next” to course registered
Select the following “Training Provider” and “Course Title”. Search for the course applied and click “Apply”
Under Disbursement Mode, select your mode and attach your business profile
After choosing your scanned documents in PDF format, click “Attach Now” button to upload your documents and click “Save & Next” button to put participant details
Click “Click here to add new participant” to add your worker to the system
Fill the training participant details and attach the documents required
Copy of BCA Acknowledgement Notice
Copy of participant’s valid work permit or SPass or Employment Pass (Front and Back) and copy of employment records obtained via ‘Work Permit Online” at MOM’s website as proof of his years in construction experience in Singapore.
For applications for funding for second SEC(K) certificate, a photocopy of first SEC or SEC(K) certification or SPM certification for Malaysian WPH.
Click “Save”. When the saving is completed, the WTU system will bring you back to add more training participants if anymore to add. Follow the same process for new participants.
If you have no more participants to add, click “Next”
Under the declarations sections, check either “Yes” or “No” options for all 5 questions
Scroll down to confirm your above declarations, click “Save & Next”
Scan through all of the information that you filled correctly and click “Submit” to complete your WTU application
